Braving up.

We talk of an exit like a visionary synopsis from quite a few dysfunctional situations in life — broken bonds and unhealthy work environments. Whatever category, all seem to be similar: self-esteem lowered, hate-love feels.

However you try to escape and move forward, you just do it. You gasp, then leave.

Off and away, you realize how self-consumed you’d become.

Bit by bit, you become you again, realizing how crippling your situation had been. You start to think free from outside control, no longer part of a petty pack. You become kinder, lighter, constructive.

You go on. You work on and better yourself. And you wait. You wait for the next embattled soul to wise up.

And once you are, is when you really start living again.
